Minerva Learning Trust is an expanding Sheffield based multi-academy Trust with a vision of providing outstanding education for all the students within our schools. As part of the Government’s National Tutoring Programme, we are looking to appoint Academic tutors in English, Science and Mathematics with QTS status or, ECT awaiting final confirmation. Please read the relevant job description and person specification for full details.
The tutoring will be made available to disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils in Y11 (In the first instance) who have missed the most education due to COVID-19. Tutoring will take place one night a week after school and students will be identified by the Maths, English or Science department. Students can expect to receive up to 15 hours of tutoring on a 1 to 3 ratio.
