In 2024, Minerva Learning Trust’s primary schools demonstrated strong progress and rising attainment across core subjects.  These results reflect a marked improvement from previous years, driven by targeted support, high-quality teaching, and a Trust-wide commitment to inclusive excellence. A growing proportion of pupils also exceeded age-related expectations, particularly in reading. The Trust continues to invest in curriculum development and staff training to ensure every child is supported to thrive academically and personally.

GCSE

In 2024, Minerva Learning Trust’s secondary schools delivered strong GCSE outcomes, with students achieving well across academic and vocational subjects. Core areas such as English, maths, and science remained stable, and many pupils made clear progress.

This reflects the Trust’s commitment to high-quality teaching, targeted support, and inclusive practice. Collaborative curriculum planning and a focus on equity helped ensure learners were challenged and supported. Minerva continues to raise standards and prepare students for successful post-16 pathways.

A-Level

In 2024, Minerva Learning Trust’s sixth forms delivered strong A-level outcomes, with students achieving consistently across academic and applied subjects. Performance remained stable across the Trust, with notable gains in individual subject areas and continued success in facilitating subjects.

This reflects the Trust’s commitment to excellent teaching, personalised support, and high expectations. Staff worked collaboratively to ensure students were well-prepared for exams and future pathways. The results affirm Minerva’s focus on progress, equity, and aspiration—enabling learners to access university, apprenticeships, and employment with confidence.

Attendance

Minerva Learning Trust continues to prioritise strong attendance across all schools, recognising its vital role in pupil achievement and wellbeing. In the 2025 academic year, we have invested significantly in attendance systems and pastoral support to ensure that every child and family facing challenges is identified early and offered tailored help. Our dedicated pastoral care teams work closely with families to remove barriers, build trust, and promote consistent engagement with school life. We’ve strengthened communication so that pupils and parents know exactly who to contact for support, reinforcing our commitment to inclusion, care, and the belief that every day in school matters.
