I am writing to you as Principal of Chapeltown Academy, a proud member of Minerva Learning Trust.
Chapeltown Academy is a Sixth Form College, with students aged 16-19 (Year 12 & Year 13) and provides a focused learning environment, offering both academic and vocational courses. As a college of 400, we are large enough to offer a true sixth form college experience for our young people, but small enough to ensure we have an individualised approach where all our students are valued. We are committed to providing a seamless educational journey for all Minerva Learning Trust students from age 11 – 18, nurturing their talents, aspirations, and personal development at every stage.
As part of our commitment to supporting students from our Trust schools, we want to ensure that every young person can access the high-quality learning and enrichment experiences we
offer at Chapeltown Academy. We understand that the college’s location can present challenges for some families, particularly regarding transport, and we want to better understand any barriers that might affect students considering joining us in the future.
To help us gain this insight, we would be grateful if you could complete a brief survey Chapeltown Academy: Transport Survey – Fill out form , which asks a few questions about how
transport links impact your family’s choices for your young person’s post-16 education. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us plan how we can support students more effectively,
including exploring options that could make travel to Chapeltown Academy easier.
We are committed to ensuring that every Minerva Learning Trust student can thrive in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment from 11–18. By sharing your views, you will help us strengthen this pathway and ensure no student is disadvantaged by logistical challenges.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide your feedback. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss transport or other support options further, please do not hesitate
to contact us at contact@chapeltown-mlt.co.uk.
