1. Pitch Roof Covering Renewal
We’re replacing the old pitched roof coverings to improve durability, insulation, and protection against the elements.

2. Flat Roof Repairs
Targeted repairs to flat roof areas are being carried out to prevent leaks and extend the lifespan of existing structures.

3. New Heating System (Multiple Blocks)
Outdated heating systems are being fully replaced in several buildings to ensure reliable and efficient temperature control throughout the school year.

4. Electrical System Upgrade
The school’s main electrical distribution boards are being replaced to meet current safety standards and support modern electrical demand.

5. Fire Alarm System Replacement
We are installing a new, high-spec fire alarm system to improve response times and ensure the safety of students and staff.

6. AMP Works – Security Enhancements
Security upgrades include:

• Installation of new perimeter fencing

• Automated gates for improved site access control and safety
