To mark this milestone, Minerva Learning Trust is launching the MLT Belonging Initiative, a program designed to acknowledge, celebrate, and engage our entire community. The initiative includes activities and offerings under five key pillars:
MLT Together: Promoting unity and collaboration across our schools, starting with student interschool sports tournaments to build camaraderie and teamwork.
MLT Giving: Encouraging significant fundraising activities within our schools to give back to the communities that have supported us over the years.
MLT Celebrates: Recognising and celebrating the exceptional achievements and contributions of our staff, students, and stakeholders, beginning with the introduction of the MLT Volunteer Award.
MLT Rewards: Unveiling an enhanced benefits package for staff, reflecting our deep appreciation for their dedication and hard work.
MLT Wellness: Focusing on the mental and physical wellbeing of our entire community, with a renewed emphasis on our wellbeing and workload package.
