Minerva Learning Trust Achieves White Ribbon Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that Minerva Learning Trust has been awarded White Ribbon Accreditation, a significant milestone in our commitment to creating a safer and more respectful community.

This accreditation was made possible through the creation of a dedicated working group with representation from all our schools and central team. Over the next three years the group will be collaborating to develop strategy, share best practice, and plan initiatives that promote respect and challenge harmful behaviours. Their commitment and teamwork will be instrumental in identifying how we can further embed White Ribbon principles across the Trust.

What is White Ribbon?

White Ribbon is a global movement working to end violence against women and girls by engaging men and boys in positive action. The accreditation recognises organisations that take meaningful steps to challenge harmful attitudes, promote equality, and foster a culture of respect and safety.

Why does this matter?

Achieving White Ribbon status demonstrates our dedication to safeguarding and wellbeing across our schools. It means we are actively working to educate, raise awareness, and ensures that everyone in our community feels valued and protected.

Our pledge:

At Minerva Learning Trust, we believe that education goes beyond the classroom. By embedding these principles into our culture, we aim to empower our students and staff to stand against violence and discrimination, and to champion equality in all aspects of life.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and will continue to lead by example in promoting respect and positive change.

A Message from Our CEO

“We are incredibly proud to achieve White Ribbon Accreditation. This is more than a badge—it’s a statement of our values in action. At Minerva Learning Trust, we believe every member of our community deserves to feel safe, respected, and empowered. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to inclusion and wellbeing, and I thank our staff and students for embracing this important work.”
