I have worked at one of the Trust schools for the past 13 years, making my way from classroom teacher to Associate Assistant Headteacher. Along the way I have held a variety of positions; these include PE KS3 coordinator, Whole School Numeracy coordinator, T&L coach, Head of Year, Lead Practitioner, and Senior Mentor Coordinator.

My main strengths lie in `the science of learning` and utilising technology to aid teaching and learning and reducing workload.

What I do:

I lead and oversee the implementation of the Early Career Framework across the Trust, ensuring all early career teachers receive, not only their statutory entitlement but also exceptional support and training. I also coordinate the Teaching and Learning arm of the digital strategy, which includes providing technological support for staff to improve the outcome for students and reduce workload.
