I have over 20 years’ experience working in secondary schools across ICT, Business Management and now in Estates and Health and Safety. I provide strategic support to schools in Estates Management, developing plans and documents to ensure the estate supports educational needs and goals.

My role is to also establish safety practices and policies, making our staff and students time on school site as safe as possible, whilst ensuring we all meet necessary compliance. I am NEBOSH trained and offer a variety of Health and Safety training courses.

What I do:

Provide support to Trust schools on Estate Management and Health and Safety.

Strategic management of school estates and building, condition improvement surveys, advice and guidance on day-to-day estates management, health and safety, CPD and training, coaching and mentoring.
