I have worked as the Trust Data Manager for the last three years and I genuinely do ‘love my job’. I have over eight years’ experience as a Data Manager and I thoroughly enjoy this role, it is fast pace, challenging but very rewarding.

After graduating in 2011 with a Quantity Surveying degree I didn’t really know what career route I was heading towards. In 2013 I began working as the Data Manager at Stocksbridge High School and stayed within post for five years.

I am responsible for the strategic development of the Trust’s data and tracking systems including the Trust STEP tracker and data dashboards. I also support colleagues in our schools with development of data management tools and analysis of data collections in order to present data findings to Trust staff.

What I do:

Provide support and guidance to schools with data management systems.

I can help with:

Support and guidance for data management, production of data trackers, collation of data collections across schools, production of data trackers for schools and the Trust Board.
