I am the Trust Finance Director for the Minerva Learning Trust. I am responsible for the financial management of the Trust. I am a fully qualified accountant and I have 17 years experience working in finance roles within both private and public sector organisations. I worked for a third party service provider before making the transition into the education sector. I have worked in the further education sector for the last 4 years where I have dealt with the financial challenges that this sector face on a regular basis. My role is to ensure that the students in each of the schools in the Trust are able to have a positive learning experience while maintaining the financial stability of the Trust
