I am a highly experienced School Leader (previous roles - Primary Head/Deputy Head/Assistant Head/SENDCo) and have provided School Improvement to a large number of Primary and Secondary Schools within various Local Authorities. My School Improvement offer to schools has always involved all aspects of 'Inclusion', with particular focus on ensuring students with SEND access a broad, balanced, effective and ambitious curriculum and overall school experience. I passionately believe that "Every child really does matter".

I am also currently a serving OFSTED Inspector.

What I do:

Development of the Trust’s School Improvement Strategy, Action Plan and Framework; in coordination with the Trust’s Executive Director of Education/Director of School Improvement - Quality of Education and the broader School Improvement Team. I specifically support with Safeguarding/SEND/Attendance/Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development. School to School Support for schools across the Trust.

I can help with:

All aspects of School Improvement relating to 'Inclusion' (Safeguarding/SEND/Attendance/Behaviour and Attitudes/Personal Development) for both Primary and Secondary Schools. Primary School Improvement.
