I have over 20 years' experience providing HR support to schools and academies, prior to which I worked in HR within the private sector.

I work alongside the HR Director and other members of the HR Team around HR issues, including pay and conditions, employment law and good practice.

I am also involved in the development and update of the Trust HR policies and procedures. I also have experience of being a governor for a large secondary school.

What I do:

Provide advice and support regarding all areas of HR.

Management of sickness absence, pay and conditions queries, employee relations and staffing reviews.
