I was previously Head of Human Resources for Sheffield City Council Education Directorate. My role was to lead the human resource strategy & delivery of HR services to schools and the wider education services and more latterly Children’s services.

I have experience of working with schools in an HR capacity over a period of 26 years. I was an advisor to the NEOST Board for a number of years & also led the service to gain Beacon Council Status for school workforce reforms.

I am now retired and I am also a deputy chair of governors at a large primary school in Doncaster.
