I am an independent Human Resources Consultant who has worked with many types of schools, academies local authorities and charities in the last four years.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development who prior to becoming an independent consultant had over thirty years previous experience of working for Sheffield City Council’s Education and Children’s Services, predominantly in senior roles within their Human Resources services.

My work has covered the majority of the areas of work in Human Resources including complex and challenging casework, change management, employee relations and HR policy development.
