I joined High Storrs School as a Finance Administrator in 2020. This was my first permanent role within an educational setting after working over 19 years within accounts departments of various corporate, manufacturing and wholesale companies, gaining various qualifications along the way including AAT Level 4, ILM Level 2 Team Leader certification and most recently NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Support work in schools and Colleges I find working within the education sector fulfilling and worthwhile. As I join Minerva in 2023 I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge of working within a school to contribute to the success of the Trust and to work across the different schools within the Academy.
What I do:
Support the operations teams by contributing to the finance, procurement and project delivery administration. Process orders and invoices for all Trust schools, support with financial queries and maintain financial records in line with Trust policy.
