I have over 30 years of experience working within business operations, initially working industry across a range of areas before making the transition into the education sector. I have spent 28 years leading the business functions in schools and academies.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leadership. I have worked through the many changes and challenges that have faced education during those years and particularly in relation to financial challenge. I am driven to ensure the continuous development and improvement of business and support services.

I have worked with Local Authorities and external partners as part of workforce development to ensure that all staff play a role in the outcomes for students. This has included developing and delivering qualifications for support staff and middle leaders. My strengths lie in strategic and systems development and development of others to ensure organisational efficiency.
