Stronger Together: The Second Chapter
Building on the success of our first strategic plan, this new strategy sets out our vision to become the Schools of Choice, Employer of Choice, Trust of Choice, and Communities of Choice.
It focuses on delivering an inclusive, high-quality education, supporting and developing our workforce, and strengthening our civic and community commitments. Guided by our values of inclusion, independence, respect, and success, we aim to create environments where every child thrives and every colleague feels valued.
